This website is created with Frontpage 2000 and is best viewed with IE 4.01 or a newer version.

If the navigation buttons ("hover buttons") appear as gray boxes or do not appear at all in your browser, we suggest to do the following:

1. Check if the Java JIT-Compiler is enabled in your browser 
   (see: Extra - Internet Options - Advanced)
2. Check if the color depth is less than 32-bits per pixel 
   (see: Start - Settings - Control Panel - Display - Settings - Color Palette)
3. If you work with IE 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 through 4.03, we suggest upgrading to a newer version.
4. If none of the above solves the problem, you will have to upgrade your Java Virtual Machine.
